This will be our new page for all Speedo swimmers results from competitions ranging from local Galas up to our international competitors, as well as recent achievements throughout the year. We will also be storing all our club records and keeping them up to date alongside things happening in the swimming world.

The Hamilton Aquatics Summer Sizzler was on the 3 - 4 of June, marking the end of the racing season. We had a lot of great results from our swimmers showing big improvements and making national qualifying times for their home countries. It was also Tommaso Vanetti's and Sarah Mckinney's last competition with us before they leave for College/University!

Some fast swimming by Sam Van Der Shroom in the Netherlands for the Dutch Junior Nationals with some big PB's and a great experience. HERE are the results.
Please note that there will not be training at HAMDAN during week 1 of Summer Camp due to it being closed for Eid Al Fitr. Training will be at DUBAI COLLEGE on DAY 1 and REPTON on DAY 2,3,4,5.

What a beautiful weekend in Amsterdam, Anne Palmans rocked at the Dutch National Junior Swimming Championships (Short Course). A Silver (50m breast stroke) and a Bronze medal (100m breast stroke) in the pocket. Furthermore 4 personal bests......... time now for a little celebration.
Congratulations to Jasmine Liew who swam amazingly and placed as follows at the Malaysian State Age Groups in Kuala Lumpur:

All our members of staff are lifeguard qualified and with our low teacher:pupil ratios we have an unparalleled safety record over 21 years. However, the new Municipality ruling asks for a lifeguard who is not also teaching to be poolside during lessons at all schools and swim academies.
As it takes time to recruit suitable lifeguards to work with us we will be using an extra teacher or an outside lifeguard for all sessions.
Please be sensitive to this and do not engage the nominated teacher or lifeguard in conversation about the programme as they will not be able to talk to you.
We are pleased to announce another Adult beginner session at DIA.
Due to high demand we are now offering two sessions a week with a water based, female teacher on Sunday 7.20 - 8.05pm and Wednesday 7.20 - 8.05pm.

The new 15 week term ( TERM 1 ) will run from Friday 2nd September - Thursday 15th December 2016.
TERM 1 : Duckling / Teaching Term : 2nd September - 15th December ( 15 weeks ) Training Term : 27th August - 15th December ( 16 weeks )
We have an re-enrollment for the new term from Friday 26th August - Thursday 1st September, Assessments for the Duckling programme ( 3 - 5yrs ) will be in the Small Pool and all swimmers 6yrs+ will be assessed in the Main Pool.

Dear parents, please note that swimming is on as normal at CAS, DIA and REPTON however DC is not on due to pool closure on Sunday 2nd October 2016.

Sadly and shockingly our Collegiate American School Venue Head, Chisela Kanchela died Sunday 6th November. Our thoughts are with his family and friends around the world and his new friends in Dubai.

Due to our 19th Speedo Invitational Meet at Hamdan Sports Centre on November 25th and 26th we have to move swimming from Dubai College on Saturday the 26th as follows:
Novice and Improver 2 groups can move with their teachers to Collegiate American School with their teachers as we have water space there. There are some places for other groups available so please see me asap to book this space. For those swimmers for whom we cannot find a space, we will credit to next term.
Ducklings- Cancelled, credit to next term.
Dolphin and Novice- moving with their teachers to Collegiate American School. Dolphin at 9.40 and Novice at 10.20am
Improver 1- credit as no space at CAS.
Improver 2- moving with teacher to CAS. 9.40 and 10.20.
Bronze/Silver- some space in CAS class. 5 in 9.40 class. Only Silver space at 10.20.
Training groups can move to CAS at 11am or make up on a different day at DC. Please see me to book make up.
